
If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send
us an email with the following details within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a
product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its
original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from
the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.
Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange/refund at our email to upvanvalley@gmail.com and with the following details:
Required Information:
Complaint Order Number
Invoice Number
Details of your request or complaint
Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible
For different product issues, please provide:
Clear images or videos of the leakage, broken, or damaged products
Images of the packaging (both mono-carton and outer packaging)
Proof of seal tampering (if applicable)
Details in case of missing, wrong, or low-volume products
Once we receive all required details, our team will respond within 3 working days. If an exchange is approved, you will receive an authorization number, and we will arrange a reverse pickup. If a refund is approved, it will reflect in your account within 10-15 days.
Return Package Requirements:
Pack the product securely in its original packaging
Include the original receipt
Attach a document with your Name, Address, Order Number, and Package Contents
After receiving the returned package, we will process the exchange within 24 hours and provide new tracking details.
